“I love the machines!” shared Jeffrey Thomas, a Pathways to Prosperity student at his graduation ceremony last year. The six-day ‘training-to-employment opportunity’ program, delivered by Coastal GasLink and SA Energy Group, provides local and Indigenous women and men with specialized training to kick-start a meaningful career in construction.

From the office to the field, there is a place for everyone on Coastal GasLink. This International Women’s Day, we’re featuring a few of the hundreds of extraordinary women working on the project, making a difference for their communities and creating a legacy for themselves and others.

Ending childhood hunger happens one child at a time. For the Starfish Pack Program, it starts with sending one food-stuffed backpack at a time home with hungry kids when school lets out for the weekend.

At Coastal GasLink, we continually strive to meet the highest standards to protect the health and safety of every worker, their families, and surrounding communities. Our team of medical professionals, led by International SOS, is helping us fulfil this commitment every step of the way.

Supporting the fight to conquer childhood illnesses

In the midst of a challenging year, Coastal GasLink is proud to look back at all that we have accomplished together. While significant construction progress was made in 2020, we are especially grateful for the generous giving by our workers, and the community partners that support those most in need in our communities.

The end of the Coastal GasLink pipeline is marked by the Kitimat Meter Station, a facility that will measure natural gas to be delivered to the LNG Canada plant, and at the end of 2020, construction of this facility will be mostly complete.
