Two women go missing in northern B.C.

A catering contractor employee working at a Babine Forest Products logging camp north of Burns Lake went missing for approximately eight hours on June 7 after going out on a stroll.

A catering contractor employee working at a Babine Forest Products logging camp north of Burns Lake went missing for approximately eight hours on June 7 after going out on a stroll.

“After several hours we called the RCMP, rented a helicopter and organized a search party of Babine foresters and our contractors,” described Steve Zika, CEO of Hampton Affiliates - company that owns Babine Forest Products.
