Regional District of Bulkley Nechako (RDBN) held a meeting on Dec. 14 and discussed on issuing a three-year Temporary Use Permit (TUP) to allow short-term rentals at the 1675 Gowan Road property in Burns Lake.

The purpose of the TUP is to allow the operation of short-term rental/temporary accommodations in a single-family dwelling on this property.

The Village of Burns Lake bought the former George and Bernice Magee residence for $900,000 earlier this year.
