A key nursing education stream has just been doubled, in northern B.C.

The Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree program at the UNBC School of Nursing announced on Thursday (Nov. 2) that the number of seats available was expanding from 20 to 40 seats. The increase was possible because of new funding from the provincial government.

The deadline to apply is less than two weeks from announcement day.
