Nanaimo RCMP believe it has found body of missing teenager Chang

Nanaimo RCMP believe it has found the body of Makayla Chang.

Chang, 16, was reported missing on March 22 and according to a press release, her body was found in Nanaimo.

“Nanaimo RCMP are treating this as a homicide investigation,” said Cpl. Tammy Douglas, RCMP Island District spokeswoman. “The Nanaimo RCMP do not believe the public is at risk and remain committed to advising them should the risk level change.
