Joy was swept into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, October 18th, 2020 at the age of 64.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband George, her children Pam (Jay) Higginson, Heather (Ron) Waters and her grandchildren Cody, Sarah, Kimberly, Claire and Chris.
Joy lived a full life; no one who met her could forget her laughter and joyful spirit, or her willingness to help. She was diligent in everything she put her mind to.
She found pleasure in quilting, gardening, playing the guitar, and chocolate! Visits with special friends and family were valued in her day.
A dedicated grandmother she treasured every moment spent caring for her grandchildren. Her home was a place to play, learn and love full of treasured memories they will hold dear in their hearts forever.
Most of all she loved the Lord, her faith was the foundation she built her life on; setting an example for her family that will lead them all their lives.
