North District Major Crimes Unit along with the Burns Lake RCMP are continuing to investigate the death of a local 17 year old teenage girl, as reported in the Lakes District News edition of Feb. 2, 2011.
RCMP have been investigating the death since they were called to the scene after a report at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 26. that there was an unconscious girl at a home on Uncha Mountain Road.
