A bantam hockey tournament held in Burns Lake last weekend resulted in the Burns Lake Bruins bantams A1 team taking out the top spot.
Teams from Prince George and Kitimat arrived at the Tom Forsyth Memorial Arena to compete in the weekend event.
Results for the games are as follows: Kitimat defeated Prince George Oilers, 5-1, Kitimat defeated Prince George Canadiens 4-1, Burns Lake Bruins defeated Prince George Oilers by 8-0, Burns Lake defeated Prince George Canadiens 3-0, Burns Lake defeated Kitimat 7 -0, Prince George Canadiens defeated.
