Past local resident and para-swimmer Kyle McMahon, 19, recently competed in six events at the 2011 B.C. short course AAA championships held in Victoria.
The event was held at Saanich Commonwealth Place over four days from March 3 to March 6.
McMahon now represents Island Swimming in Victoria after making the move to the club last year from the Prince George Barracudas club, to concentrate more on his swimming.
